Procurement organizations generally choose from among the following two formats;

1) Full-service:

Under full-service format, vBidLive works with procurement organization through all of the steps listed below;

• Initial planning - Need assessment, goals, roles & responsibilities, timeline
• RFQ preparation & posting - Finalize tactics, lotting structure, potential supplier list, invitations for bidding to potential suppliers
• Internal training & practice session - Training and practice session for procurement organization staff
• Supplier training & practice session - Training and practice session for participants / potential suppliers
• Conduct Live event - Coordination and communication with suppliers, answer supplier questions, and ensure event is conducted on time seamlessly

2) Self-service:

Under self-service format, vBidLive provides our web-based tool and nominal technical support necessary to conduct e-sourcing event. The procurement organization's internal staff manages preparation and conduction of live event. Following is the fee structure;

Posting fee: $2.00 per listing 

Final sale fee: 1% of final sale value
